Alliance Medical today announces that Philippe Houssiau has resigned as Chief Executive Officer.  Chris Hughes, Non-Executive Chairman of the Group, will assume an executive role until a new CEO is appointed. Alliance Medical would like to thank Philippe for the contribution he has made in formulating and redirecting our on-going strategy during his time as CEO.

Alliance Medical is trading well and making encouraging progress in a difficult market.  The company continues to expand its service delivery and win contracts across its European businesses.
