Alliance Medical has completed today the transfer of its activities in Poland to the local management team.  Under the agreement, the team will operate the business under the new name of Eurodiagnostic sp.z.o.o. and continue the development of mobile and static diagnostic imaging services in the region.

This agreement follows Alliance Medical’s announcement of new directions at RNSA in Chicago in November 2011 and confirms the focus of the Group on implementing the new strategic vision in its well established Western European operations.

Alliance Medical Group Corporate Development Director, Jean-Luc Janet, said: “I am delighted that the existing management team in Poland is taking over the business.  In recent years the team has worked hard at developing unique mobile services in Poland, complemented by static MRI and CT facilities and teleradiology services. I wish the team good luck to continue expanding services in Poland and look forward to continue co-operating with the management team wherever our activities may overlap.”
