António Sotto-Mayor joined Alliance Medical in 2025 as Managing Director for Iberia, leading regional strategy, operations and growth across Spain and Portugal. He brings extensive experience in diagnostic services and healthcare operations, including senior leadership roles at Unilabs. His work has included the integration of radiotherapy and nuclear medicine capabilities, supporting expansion across the oncology pathway.

Vicky Franco joined Alliance Medical Iberia in 2026 as Finance Director, with over 15 years of international experience across healthcare and consumer health sectors. She leads financial planning, compliance and business partnering across the region, supporting operational performance and growth. Her previous roles include senior finance positions at Kenvue and Zoetis across South America and Europe.
Jaime Marques leads operations in Portugal, overseeing radiotherapy and nuclear medicine services. He joined Alliance Medical in 2023 and moved into a national leadership role in 2024. His background includes investment banking and healthcare business development, bringing a commercial and strategic perspective to service delivery and expansion.
