I would like to bring to your attention the fantastic service and staff that your company provided to me at your Smithfield Square facility. Keep up the good work in the training and keeping of your Staff at this level.
Alliance medical is a fast and easy way to access diagnostic imaging. When injured, going for a scan sooner rather than later leads to improved patient outcomes and a speedy recovery.
A huge thank you to Tara who is a Radiographer in Smithfield. I cannot put into words how excellent she is. I am a very nervous person that suffers with claustrophobia. When I went, she met me at the door and brought me into the scanning machine. I have never met such a kind empathic person in all my life. She is a credit to your company.
Staff were brilliant, everything was explained properly to me. I was seen immediately - in and out very efficiently - no delay. I was scanned at a suitable time for me, and parking was no problem. Stress free, I am very happy.
