A very clean and tidy unit. The staff were very helpful with my booking and allowed me to change the date. Everybody was kind and compassionate and supportive of my anxiety. They explained everything clearly and in advance to help with my anxiety. I was checked on several times during the procedure to make sure I was comfortable. The whole team offered an excellent service. Thank you. Highly recommended.
I am really happy with the service provided. I was looked after very well and felt really comfortable throughout the process. The staff were helpful, friendly and professional. I was not rushed and given time to prepare/collect my things. I am really pleased I was referred to this centre and highly recommend to others.
I was sent to the Harley Street clinic for an open MRI because of my phobia of confined spaces. The Radiographer was very reassuring, and I was kept informed throughout the whole process. I was there for almost 2 hours and felt comfortable and safe. Thank you and God bless to the Harley Street Team.
In my experience Alliance Medical put a significant effort into working closely with you to ensure that they work to the Trust’s protocols and to provide a safe and efficient service. They are always very flexible in arranging visits and will adapt to changing circumstances. Quality of imaging is excellent. I am happy to highly recommend them as a service provider.
My patients and I have been delighted with the exceptional level of care and follow-up shown, and Alliance Medical's turnaround times are fantastic.
