Beatrice Arlenghi is Managing Director and Board Member at Alliance Medical Italy, where she leads the Group’s operations and strategic development across the country. With past experiences in international contexts, she has held senior executive roles within Alliance Medical and internationally. Beatrice holds an economics degree from Bocconi University and brings extensive experience in growth, acquisitions, and operational excellence.

Alberto Della Porta joined Alliance Medical Italy in 2014 and he took part in two Group sales (Life Healthcare and Icon) as well as into several transactions (M&A’s and banks refinancing). He brings more than 10 years’ experience in diagnostic services as well as, prior to Alliance, in Oil & Gas, telecoms and manufacturing multinational companies. In the course of the years’ Alberto has also developed strong knowledge in processes, integrations and fields operations.

Francesco Martinelli is Chief Medical Officer and Business Development Manager at Alliance Medical Italy. A consultant radiologist with more than 15 years of experience in diagnostic imaging, he combines clinical leadership with strategic business development across a nationwide network of imaging centres. He is responsible for clinical governance, quality and regulatory compliance, supporting the introduction of new technologies and innovative diagnostic services.

Throughout his career, he has held medical leadership roles in diagnostic imaging organisations and has extensive expertise in MRI, CT and radiology services, as well as in healthcare operations and organisational development.

Sauro Ferri joined Alliance Medical Italy in 2019, bringing more than 20 years’ experience in human resources management. He is responsible for recruitment, training and development, performance management, employee relations and integration activities. His work focuses on supporting organisational effectiveness, business growth and transformation.

Paolo Cambiaghi is Head of Alliance Medical Technologies (AMT), where he leads the company's strategy, operations and commercial activities. He has many years of experience in the medical device and healthcare technology sector, with a strong focus on business growth, market development and customer engagement.

His expertise spans medical technology, public procurement, regulatory compliance and healthcare project management. Paolo works with healthcare providers, suppliers and industry stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance patient care and support the evolution of healthcare services across Italy.

Luigina Sportelli has served as Chief Operating Officer of the Outsourcing Business since 2012 and Head of Procurement since 2016 at Alliance Medical. She joined the company with more than a decade of experience in the healthcare sector.

As COO, she oversees operational performance, service delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives across outsourced healthcare services. As Head of Procurement, she leads strategic sourcing, supplier management, and procurement governance, ensuring efficiency, quality, and value creation for the organization.

Luca Pellegrini is Head of Commercial & COO Mobile Business at Alliance Medical Italy, where he leads the Group’s marketing activities and mobile diagnostic operations across the country. With previous experience in international healthcare and medical technology organizations, he has held senior leadership positions within Alliance Medical and Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, formerly a Johnson & Johnson company. Luca holds a degree in Biomedical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and brings extensive experience in diagnostic imaging, healthcare services, marketing strategy, and operational excellence.

Rossella Barbara joined Alliance Medical Italy in 2011 and has developed extensive expertise in the diagnostic imaging services sector. As Head of Corporate Projects and Engineering Services, she is responsible for the governance of strategic corporate projects and provides leadership for the Clinical Engineering and Facility Management functions across the organization.

She oversees investment, innovation, and transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing operational performance, infrastructure efficiency, and the effective management of biomedical technologies. She leads multidisciplinary teams and collaborates closely with suppliers, partners, and corporate stakeholders, ensuring regulatory compliance, adherence to safety and sustainability standards, cost optimization, and the successful achievement of the company's strategic objectives.

Alberto Pollastrini leads digital transformation and technology strategy at Alliance Medical Italy. With over 14 years of experience in healthcare IT, he has extensive expertise in clinical systems integration, cybersecurity, infrastructure management, and regulatory compliance. He is focused on leveraging technology to improve operational efficiency, support clinical excellence, and enhance the end-to-end patient experience across the organization.
