This was my first experience at this facility. I found kindness, a warm welcome, and professionalism. Waiting times were extremely short. The MRI procedure was explained with great care and attention by the technologist.

I was sent to the Harley Street clinic for an open MRI because of my phobia of confined spaces. The Radiographer was very reassuring, and I was kept informed throughout the whole process.
